Delivery Policy
We offer reliable and efficient delivery services to ensure that your products reach you on time and in perfect condition.
Inside the Valley: Orders placed within the Kathmandu Valley are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to order confirmation before our daily cut-off time.
Outside the Valley: For customers residing outside the valley, deliveries will be completed within 2 to 3 working days, depending on location and courier availability.
Our delivery team or trusted logistics partners will ensure that your items are carefully handled and securely delivered to your provided address.
We encourage customers to inspect their packages upon delivery to confirm that the product matches their order and is in good condition.
Return & Replacement Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault or breakdown within 3 working days of purchase (termed as “Dead on Arrival”), the item will be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund.
To process a return or replacement:
Contact our customer service team within the 3-day period, providing your purchase receipt and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess the case and guide you through the return procedure.
Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued as per your preference.
Please note: Returns are only applicable for products with genuine faults or defects. Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or external causes will not qualify.
